Hello Keswick Place-Ramblewood Park Residents!
Just to let you know, we do not have an Homeowner’s Association (HOA), but we do have a functioning Civic Club Organization. Membership is open to all Homeowners and/or Lot owners in both the Keswick Place and Ramblewood Park subdivisions. Our Annual Membership dues are $60 per household; and we would very much appreciate your support.
A few things supported by the Civic Club Organization are:
- Neighborhood Communications via Newsletters and Meetings
- Our Neighborhood Website
- Entry Way Maintenance
- Neighborhood Signs
- Fundraising Events for the Neighborhood
- South Houston Concerned Citizen’s Coalition
- Communications with local and state representatives to maintain the integrity of our Neighborhood
We sponsor two Annual Events:
- Annual Fish Fry (April – Temporarily postponed due to COVID)
- National Night Out (1st Tuesday in October)
